The Board of Directors of Grupo Ferrovial has resolved to appoint Gabriele Burgio as a director for a three-year term.
An Italian national, Burgio (48) is a laywer and has an MBA from INSEAD. He is Executive President of NH Hoteles.
Gabriele Burgio joins Grupo Ferrovial as an independent director and his appointment will be submitted to the next Shareholders´ Meeting for ratification.
Burgio takes the seat vacated by Manuel Azpilicueta Ferrer, who has been a director of Ferrovial since 1992.
