- Ferrovial Agroman joins the Eiffage Kier joint venture

Ferrovial, via its construction subsidiary Ferrovial Agroman, will join with Bam Nuttall the Eiffage Kier joint venture and it will take part in the design and development phase of Lots C2 and C3 of the new railway for Britain HS2 valued in £2,269m (2,600 m euros).
The project comprises the works running between the Chilterns to the outskirts of Birmingham. Works on this section include 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
Construction works of the 80 km section are expected to start in 2020.
Ferrovial’s subsidiary offers in-depth working knowledge of the route that will connect London and Birmingham as it is delivering the central section of the HS2 Enabling Works. This section is 100 kilometers in length and will run all the way between Birmingham Airport and the outskirts of London.
