The Board of Directors of Grupo Ferrovial today declared a gross dividend of 0.28 euros (46.588 pesetas) per share out of FY 2000 earnings; following the 0.13 euros interim dividend paid on 15 November 2000, this implies an additional payment of 0.15 euros per share. Accordingly, the 2000 dividend is 40% higher than in 1999.
The Board of Directors resolved to convene the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting on 30 March 2001 at 12.30 hours (first call) and on 31 March 2001 at the same time (second call).
