Ferrovial Servicios to manage Mercedes Benz industrial facilities in Spain through 2014

Ferrovial Servicios subsidiary Ferroser has renewed its contract to provide facility management services at Mercedes Benz industrial facilities in Spain for the next three years. Ferroser is expanding market share in industrial facility management within Spain's automobile industry. Ferroser, a subsidiary of Ferrovial Servicios, has been awarded another contract by Mercedes Benz to handle general services at the automaker's industrial installations for the next three years. This contract establishes Ferroser as a leader in the industrial facility management business and strengthens its position in this area within the automobile industry. Ferroser will maintain a total of 595,000 square meters of installations under this contract. To fulfill the contract, Ferroser can rely on experience gained from other contracts such as the comprehensive management of Iberia's industrial facilities, facility and factory maintenance for EADS Airbus in Madrid, Toledo and Sevilla, and facility management of Michelin's various plants. Ferroser has more than 20 years' experience in the facility management business including extensive expertise in the design and installation of renewable energy facilities and high-performance power generation systems, as well as in conducting energy surveys and implementing energy efficiency measures. Ferrovial Servicios is the Ferrovial subsidiary in charge of managing infrastructure and municipal and environmental services. It is a leading provider of end-to-end services for cities, energy optimization and waste management. The Services division obtained 1.346 billion euro in revenue and 142.5 million euro in EBITDA in the first half of 2011.
