Grupo Ferrovial reaches 167,788 Purchase/Subscription Orders in the retail section
Purchase/Subscription Orders may still be placed until the 26th April
Grupo Ferrovial has reached 167,788 Purchase/Subscription Orders, in the retail tranche, two days after placing its Public Sale & Subscription Offer of shares in the Company. These figures were provided today by BBV Interactivos, S.A., S.V.B., Agent Firm of the General Public Offer, according to information received from the Retail Tranche Underwriting Companies.
Therefore, the 167,788 uncancelled Purchase/Subscription Orders placed to date will enjoy a preferential treatment in the Retail Tranche share allocation of the general Public Offer over the rest of the Purchase/Subscription Orders and Applications that are placed in the future.
Even so, Purchase/Subscription Orders may still be placed until 2:00 p.m. on the 26th April, 1999. Between the 27th April and 30th April, irrevocable Purchase/Subscription orders in said section may still be placed.
