Grupo Ferrovial reinforces its presence in Europistas

Cintra (Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte), a subsidiary of Grupo Ferrovial, has reached an agreement with Laing to buy shares representing 3.48% of the capital stock of Europistas Concesionaria Española for 18.8 million euros.

Following this transaction, Cintra owns 32.48% of Europistas.
