Ferrovial General Shareholders’ Meeting 2017

Rafael del Pino, Chairman of Ferrovial, emphasized revenue growth and the good financial position at the end of the year. Meeting in Madrid, the shareholders approved all of the items on the agenda, including the new Ferrovial Flexible Dividend program, and confirmed Philip Bowman and appointed Hanne Sørensen, both as independent directors.
