Rafael del Pino has been awarded this year with the ASTER Professional Career Award by ESIC business school, which has been handing out these prestigious awards for 37 years.
The jury, comprised of relevant people from the fields of business, teaching and politics, recognizes the merit of individuals and entities for their professional activity.
The prize has been collected by the company’s who has spoken about some of the most emblematic projects during his career such as Heathrow Airport and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao or the 407ETR in Toronto. He also thanked his family, as well as the more than 92,000 workers who make up the Ferrovial workforce.
“I have to thank for this prize, without doubt, all of the workers who have passed through Ferrovial and those who are still there. I also want to thank my family, and especially my father.”
The awards ceremony coincided with the awarding of the diplomas for the 2019 graduates of the ESIC and Rafael del Pino took the opportunity to wish them enormous success in their professional careers.
