- The American magazine ENR (Engineering News-Record), which focuses on the construction industry, has once again ranked Ferrovial as one of the top 15 construction companies worldwide
- Per regional revenue, the company comes in fourth in Europe; in the United States, it has moved up to #6 since the 2019 ranking
For yet another year, Ferrovial is among the top 15 construction companies worldwide out of the 250 companies evaluated by International Contractors in ENR magazine. For this ranking, ENR evaluates the total income generated outside its country of origin and its international activity.
In terms of geographical area, Ferrovial is still the fourth largest construction company in Europe per regional revenue, a ranking it reached in 2019 after moving up from sixth place in 2018. It has gone up in another vital business area as well this year, the United States, coming in as the sixth top construction company by income in the country.
Ferrovial is listed as a Top 10 Company in terms of Market Revenue in five of the nine sectors mentioned. It has stayed in seventh place in Transportation, ranked ninth in Buildings and Energy, seventh in Water, and second in Sewerage/Waste.
It has also been ranked 24th among Global Contractors.
This year, Ferrovial continues to hold second place in Spain, where a total of 11 companies are listed – two more than last year.
