The JLT Build America awards honor AGC (Associated General Contractors of America) members who build the nation’s most impressive construction projects ranging across the building, highway and transportation, utility infrastructure, and federal and heavy divisions.
These prestigious and highly coveted awards are given to projects selected by a panel of a contractor’s toughest critics – other contractors.
North Tarrant Infrastructure, a joint-venture between Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. and Webber was selected as the Winner of a 2019 JLT Build America Award, in the Design-Build Civil category for its work on the $1.4 billion North Tarrant Express 35W highway reconstruction project which was completed on-budget and almost 2 months ahead of schedule.
The project was evaluated on project management, innovative construction practices, improvements to safety and quality, excellence in client service, and contribution to the local community.
AGC President Eddie Stewart and representatives from JLT presented Heather DeLapp, Angela Berry-Robinson, and Jeff Wagner the award on Tuesday, April 2 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.
