Budimex will expand Warsaw's International Airport for 26 million euro

The new project builds upon the company’s experience in building and developing transport infrastructures
Budimex, the Polish subsidiary of Ferrovial Agroman, has been awarded a new contract that includes several works for Warsaw s Frédéric Chopin Airport, also known as Warsaw’s International Airport. The total amount of the project exceeds PLN 106.9 million, roughly 26 million euro. Among the works that Budimex will develop are the reform and expansion of different areas in the airport, such as the take-off zone or the taxiway. Works are scheduled to be completed within 16 months. The airport is Poland’s busiest, since it concentrates around half the passenger traffic in the entire country. This project is the latest for Budimex in this field. Previously, the company had developed different projects for the airports of Lublin, Gdansk and Wroclaw.
