Easternwell was recently recognized as a finalist in the ‘Large Employer of the Year‘ category at the Queensland Regional Training Awards by the company’s Registered Training Organization (RTO).
The awards recognize the highest achievements in talent and training in Queensland, identifying the people and organizations that fight for and have attained success, best practices and innovation in education and instruction for employees.

Additionally, the Broadspectrum Talent team sponsored the Community Training Initiative of the Year, with the award going to Gateway to Training in Goondiwindi, which provides funded instruction to disadvantaged regional communities. This is the third year that the company is sponsoring this award, highlighting the company’s commitment to fostering best practices in training in local communities.

The “Live Well” program has been awarded for its positive impact on health and wellbeing in the workplace. In addition, the company developed the new EastLink Highway Tunnel Ventilation On-Demand (VoD) system, which was recognized as the best intelligent transport system (ITS) in the Australian industry in 2018.
