The project totals Pta 8.5 billion and has a term of delivery of 30 months. Ferrovial-Agromán Internacional will start construction this spring. The construction of the future highway will be financed with funds from Kuwait and Japan and its operation will be carried out by the National Highway Company of Morocco.
