Ferrovial Agromán is to build the Planetocio shopping and leisure center, in the area known as N-VI/SAU 14, in the town Collado-Villalba in the region of Madrid. The project, developed by the company Invers Oil, has a budget of Ptas 2.4 billion and is to be built in 15 months. The shopping area will be combined with leisure areas which will house, amongst others, restaurants, cinemas and an ice-skating rink. The future Planetocio Shopping Center will have three floors and a total of 15,000 square meters. The shopping area, where 73 shops and a supermarket will be housed will be on the ground floor, while the leisure area, with restaurants, 8 cinemas with a capacity for 1,500 people, will be on first floor. There will also be a multipurpose area on the first floor and this will include a large 30x60-meter Olympic ice-skating rink. The second floor will have bowling alleys and more space for leisure and restaurants. The center will boast a total of 32,000 square meters of underground parking space, on two floors. Shopping and leisure centers Amongst Ferrovial Agrománs most recent work in the field of shopping and leisure centers is the Ciudad Lineal Center in Madrid and Heron City in Las Rozas-Madrid, with a total area of 22,000 square meters of shopping and leisure areas, with many restaurants, cafeterias, cinemas, a bowling alley and even a gymnasium.
