Ferrovial amongst the world’s top 50 Most Diverse and Inclusive Organizations

Ferrovial has been featured in Thomson Reuters newly launched Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Index, making them one of the world’s top 50 most diverse and innovative organizations in the world. This first of its kind index measures the relative performance of an organisation against a number of factors that make up a diverse and inclusive workplace. The D&I Index ranks the top 100 companies globally with the most diverse and inclusive workplaces using 24 metrics across four categories; Diversity, Inclusion, People Development and News Controversies. The Index is then calculated by weighing each metric according to importance in the market and how each company compares to its competitors.

Regarding the importance of diversity for investors, Will Jan, Vice president and Lead Analyst at Outsell stated,

“In an increasingly globalized business environment, diversity and inclusion is more critical than ever.”

Other big names featured in the D&I Index alongside Ferrovial include Johnson & Johnson, Colgate-Palmolive Co, Nestle SA, Cisco Systems Inc, L’Oreal SA and Microsoft Corp.
