Ferrovial Servicios, on the lookout for young talent

Ferrovial Services has launched a Young Talent Programme targeting final-year Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree students in technical fields. The company is looking for candidates to cover five one-year internships in the Tender Management Department, where they will be responsible for providing support for the Facility Management, Auxiliary Services, Environmental Treatment and Management, Track Cleaning and Road Conservation, and Gardening Departments. Over the course of the programme the interns will encounter ad hoc onboardings, training schedules, breakfasts with management and the possibility of participating in a variety of voluntary activities and corporate innovation competitions while receiving continual feedback directly from their instructors, all of which, when combined, offers the ideal platform for full professional development in an Ibex 35 company with a pioneering history in the infrastructures sector. The ideal candidate will possess both a high level of English and a digital profile while being innovative, flexible and highly committed to the job at hand. The Assessment Centre will take place over the first two weeks in June at Ferrovial Services' central offices in Madrid.
