Ferrovial’s annual conference, Move Forward, won the 2021 Dircom Ramón del Corral award as the best internal event for less than 500 employees. This recognition was accompanied by three more nominations at these prestigious Corporate Communications awards.
The Dircom Ramón del Corral awards are promoted by the Association of Communication Directors. They reward communication initiatives launched by organizations and companies. This year, categories related to the pandemic, such as internal communication or crisis, were particularly relevant.
Ferrovial’s annual conference, Move Forward, was attended by 280 executives from their countries of origin, and its format took us by surprise. The event was tailored to the pandemic and included a live television program that offered interactivity and live appearances by projects from different countries. Above all, it amazed everyone in attendance. This work was recognized with the Dircom award for best internal event for less than 500 employees.
