, has reached an agreement with Zaragoza Town Council’s sports department to lend out specially adapted hand bikes
, free of charge, to persons with limited mobility, so that they can enjoy experiences and feelings they would otherwise not be able to have.Hand bikes can be used by anyone wanting to try out an adapted bicycle for exercising or leisure, whether or not they have a physical disability, or perhaps wanting to accompany someone who does have limited mobility.
