New Caritas Diocesana head offices in Getafe officially inaugurated

After completion in February 2017, the new Caritas Diocesana head offices in Getafe, Madrid, have been officially inaugurated. The project, carried out by Ferrovial Agroman over an 18-month period, consists of a four-storey building on the 216.01 m2 plot of land with the total floor space of the building reaching 861.04 m2. The new building is equipped with offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, an employment agency and storage rooms. The building itself, situated on the irregular parallelepiped shaped plot, is composed of reinforced concrete, monolayer facades, exposed brick and wood cladding. A subsequent extension of the works was carried out on the annex façade (the church) using exposed brick and wood cladding. Attending the inauguration on behalf of Ferrovial Agroman were Angel Luis Sanchez Gil, Director of Construction Zone 1, Juan Luis Junguito Oppelt, Director of Madrid, Castilla La Mancha and Extremadura, Javier Garcia Fernandez, Deputy Director of Madrid Building II and Extremadura, Raul Osma Manzano, Project Manager, and Julian Elvira Saravia, Construction Manager.
