High Speed Rail

Ferrovial Construction has laid more than 4,600 kilometres of railway since 1952. Of that figure, 722 kilometres are high-speed railway lines (AVE).

The most notable high-speed railway projects we have completed are:

Madrid – Andalucía (Sevilla and Málaga): 160 kilometres.
Madrid – Barcelona (French border): 237 kilometres.
Madrid – Northwest Spain (Segovia, Valladolid, Galicia, Basque Country and Asturias): 128 kilometres.
Madrid – East Coast (Valencia, Castellón and Murcia): 197 kilometres.
