Annual Shareholders´ Meeting scheduled for 22 March 2002
The Board of Directors of Grupo Ferrovial has declared a gross 2001 dividend of 0.41 euros per share, a 46% increase over the 0.28 euros per share distributed in 2000.
Accordingly, deducting the 0.18 euros per share paid on 30 November 2001, Ferrovial will pay an additional 0.23 euros per share.
The Board of Directors also resolved to hold the Annual Shareholders´ Meeting on 22 March 2002, at 12.30 in the Auditorium at Parque Ferial Juan Carlos I in Madrid. Ferrovial increases shareholder remuneration by 46%
