Madrid, 7 November 2005. Ferrovial has sold its entire 9.59% stake in Ono to Multitel and a group of new shareholders at Grupo Corporativo ONO.
The deal amounts to 145 million euro and will provide capital gains of around 46 million euro, which will be fully recognised in Ferrovial’s 4Q05 accounts.
The deal is conditional upon a capital increase at Grupo Corporativo ONO, linked to the acquisition of AUNA, by virtue of which a new group of shareholders enters into the company.
