Ferrovial Agroman (UK) Ltd receives Distinction and shortlisted for British Safety Council Construction Sector Award at International Safety Awards 2015.
Last Friday 24th April, Ferrovial Agroman was formally awarded distinction in the International Safety Awards 2015 and congratulated on being shortlisted for a Sector Award during the British Safety Council Gala Dinner in London.
Neal Stone, Acting Chief Executive of the British Safety Council (BSC) said, “This is the second year we have presented these Sector Awards as part of our long-standing prestigious International Safety Awards scheme, recognising those that have been judged by our independent adjudicators as being outstanding sites and business units within their sector”.
The International Safety Awards scheme, now in its 57th year, celebrates organisations from around the world that have demonstrated to the satisfaction of the scheme’s independent judges their commitment to preventing workplace injuries and work-related ill health during the 2014 calendar year. Organisations answered 12 questions about their Health and Safety management and submitted their responses at the end of 2014.

Of the 515 organisations that achieved a pass mark or higher, 27 were shortlisted for a sector award in 13 different industries including construction, retail, education, hospitality and finance.
