A new level of innovation in North Texas

LBJIG and NTEMP have joined this innovative solar power energy movement just like other well-known companies.

"Cintra is always on the cutting edge of industry innovation and that's why we started looking at solar energy. We will now be able to maximize our operational cost effectiveness by taking advantage of the numerous sun hours in the region, while contributing to a cleaner North Texas."

This new 200Kw DCp system is comprised of 588 premium panels spread across four buildings. The solar panels are simultaneously reducing carbon emissions and cutting the electricity costs of the facility. Clean, solar power will meet as much as 30 percent of the power needs of the LBJ & NTE corporate headquarters resulting in significant carbon savings during the lifespan of the system (equivalent to eliminating over 16 million automobile miles or more than seven million pounds of burned coal).

LBJIG and NTEMP have joined this innovative solar power energy movement just like other well-known companies such as Google and Walmart.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the LBJIG and NTEMP headquarters has recently been certified by the City of Dallas as a Gold Level Green Business. This certification recognizes businesses that prevent waste, incorporate recycling and support other sustainability efforts.
