The award for Best Quality Employer 2018 was presented to Budimex by the Centralne Biuro Certyfikacji Krajowej (Central National Certification Bureau).
The CBCK initiative aims to identify and promote businesses that stand out in terms of employment policy, employee solutions, and human resource management. They are trustworthy companies that care about the development of employees and ensure stability of employment and a friendly atmosphere at work.
Our goal is to select companies that provide the best working conditions. The verification process assesses their employment and human resources management policy, promotion and development opportunities, stability and attractiveness of employment conditions, as well as care for the so-called work-life balance.

The recruitment process is an increasing challenge for employers, as well as the requirements of candidates. Our program is going to help both. The title of Best Quality Employer helps to build a positive image of the employer's brand, attract the best specialists, and thus help carry out the recruitment process. Candidates, on the other hand, give an indication of who should be associated with their professional career on the market.

To get the Best Quality Employer title, participants must undergo the certification process and meet the specified standards. Budimex also won the Investor in Human Capital award in 2017. This is the only prize awarded by the company’s employees.
