FBSerwis, a Polish subsidiary of Ferrovial Services, has recently signed several contracts for improving energy efficiency of public street lighting systems in the north of Poland.
In Slupsk, Ustka and Kobylnica municipality. The modernization projects will lead to substantial energy savings and the reduction of CO2 emission by approx. 60% per year at the minimum.
- The Slupsk contract covers the design and renovation works including the replacement of 3,260 lamps for LED luminaires, installing 89 km of new cabling and providing an advanced remote-control management system.
- In Ustka, FBSerwis will design and install modern street lighting facilities, including 823 energy saving LED luminaires and a remote monitoring and control system.
- In Kobylnica the company will replace 358 sodium lamps for energy saving LED technology luminaires and install 726 new LED luminaires. The new lighting system will be equipped with an autonomic power reduction and a central control management system.
Energy efficiency in Poland
FBSerwis is a leading provider of street lighting solutions in Poland. The company has already replaced almost 20,000 lighting points for LED luminaires. Its major projects include the improvement of energy efficiency of public lighting system in Cracow (4,375 lamps upgraded) and the maintenance of almost 15,000 lamps in the Praga District of Warsaw.

FBSerwis has been awarded a contract to provide technical maintenance services at the Factory Annopol shopping centre in Warsaw. The range of services includes preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as scheduling and execution of the building’s day-to-day maintenance.
