On October 3rd, 2018 the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) of Ontario awarded Ferrovial Agroman Canada Inc. with their highest Certificate of Recognition Excellence Award.
This award was presented for attaining the highest level of compliance with the COR Standards and having no Lost-Time Injuries for the past three years. In order to qualify for this award, the Workplace Safety Insurance Board reviewed the company’s CAD-7 Rating and the man hours reported for the past 3 years.
WSIB records revealed that the company has had no lost-time injuries for the past five years. The IHSA reviewed the company’s participation and compliance requirements for COR and certified the company as having achieved Excellence in COR.
Ferrovial Agroman Canada’s Occupational Health and Safety Director, Paul Amaro, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
