The 2019 Innovate Construction Awards Gala was held last Friday 20th December. This time, under a different format from previous editions: the awards recognized the most innovative trajectories in Ferrovial Agroman.
This edition, 7 categories were established. During the month of December, Ferrovial Agroman’s employees had the opportunity to have their say in the popular vote and choose the most innovative proposals of the last editions- the top innovations according to the technical jury.
Additionally, 6 other award categories were established (Protecting Innovation, Innovative construction solutions, Innovation culture, Sharing knowledge, Digital Leadership, Innovations in Health & Safety), and more than 40 candidates from all geographical areas and divisions were nominated and invited to attend, since the winners were to be revealed live during the Gala.
Aligned with this year’s campaign Share2innovate, we asked all candidates to bring a partner with whom to start spreading the innovation spirit (implementing innovative solutions with colleagues that might not be so involved in this matter, creating synergies and collaborating transversally or becoming the mentor of potential future innovators).
