Ferrovial Inmobiliaria returns as sponsor and exhibitor at the 7th Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), which runs from Wednesday 25 May to Sunday 29 May.
In this edition, the company will focus on selling a total of 45 developments throughout Spain, especially in the Madrid region. Ferrovial Inmobiliaria currently has the largest offering of new homes in this region and is developing projects in the areas of El Retiro, Alcalá de Henares, Barajas, Santa Eugenia, Sanchinarro, Eisenhower, Arturo Soria, Puerta de Hierro, Carabanchel, Vallecas, Las Rozas, Villaverde, Alcorcón, Leganés, Getafe and Campamento.
Ferrovial Inmobiliaria will take advantage of the exhibition to launch several residential projects, including Las Terrazas de Gran Vía. The project, located in the new area of Vallecas, has an innovative finance system enabling young people to buy their first home with a reasonable down payment of 6,000 euro and monthly instalments of 450 euro until the keys are delivered.
Agreement with Roche Bobois: a discount of up to 10% on furniture purchases by home-buyers
At the exhibition, Ferrovial Inmobiliaria will present an agreement with Roche Bobois by which its customers will benefit from a discount of up to 10% (on top of any other offers available in-store) on the acquisition of furniture for their new home.
A 575 m2 stand: pavilion 8, number 8C 09
Ferrovial Inmobiliaria will participate in SIMA with a 575 m2 stand, on two floors, designed by architect Julio Galeote. The stand, located in the central hallway in pavilion 8 (8C 09), has 20 customer services booths and space for five scale models as well as flat screens for projecting DVDs about the company´s housing developments, plus coffee areas, etc.
