Ferrovial has received the Prever 2017
award in the FESVIAL category, granted by the Spanish General Council for Industrial Relations and Work Sciences
for its implementation of effective prevention policies on road safety
both on a national and an international level.

for Ferrovial, collected the award during the 19th Technical Conference on Labour Risk Prevention and Social Responsibility
, held on 2nd and 3rd March in Córdoba.
The aim of such awards is to recognise professionals, companies and corporations having an outstanding achievement in driving the prevention of labour risks both in Spain and abroad.
The Conference saw the participation of expert speakers from various companies and institutions and aimed to provide a wide-ranging and accurate picture of the present and future of risk prevention and corporate responsibility within companies.

for all, every day of the year. Health and Safety at work are a priority and key factor within Ferrovial for achieving operational excellence, and this is borne out by its Policy for Prevention and Safety at Work
PREVER Awards: "It is better to foresee what is to come than to argue over what has passed"
The General Council for Industrial Relations and Work Sciences, aware of the importance of preventing work-related risks in the world of Industrial Relations, grants its “PREVER” (foresee) awards every year, a name taken from the Spanish saying, "it is better to foresee what is to come than to argue over what has passed”.
The PREVER awards have become a benchmark, year on year, in the world of labour risk prevention on a national and international level, thanks to cooperation from the General Directorates for Work and Labour Risk Prevention of the different Autonomous Communities, the National Institute for Safety, Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace, the Labour Risk Prevention Foundation, ISSA and OISS.
