Webber, LLC has been selected by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) to remove a 2-lane bridge and construct a 4-lane bridge in Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma on US 77. The $35 million project is scheduled to start in fall of 2017 and will be lead by North Texas Area Manager, Jim Rogers and Project Manager Levi Pohlmeier.
Bridge Construction in Oklahoma
The McClain County project consists of two phases starting with the removal of the existing bridge built in 1933 and construction of the new 3,725 feet, 4-lane bridge, spanning the Canadian River on the east end and a 5-track BNSF Railroad siding on the west end. The bridge will have both typical concrete beams and structural steel. The project is scheduled take about 24 months to complete.
