Amey recognised as a leader in diversity by the UK Government


Amey - Leader in Diversity
Amey, British subsidiary of Ferrovial Services, has been recognised as a corporate leader in inclusion and diversity policies by the UK Government’s National Centre for Diversity, the first company from its sector to have achieved this. This is the Centre’s top award, which is granted to companies striving to put in place an inclusive culture, where all employees feel valued and receive equal treatment. Over 2,000 managers within the company receive training on the importance of this issue. Moreover, Amey’s diversity network has over 800 people working on the promotion of diversity. In a recent survey, 1,500 employees from all levels of the company were asked to give their opinion on Amey’s performance in this field.
