Ferrovial Agromán progresses in its project to implement its new logotype 

The integration process is foreseen to conclude in July

Ferrovial Agromán, the construction company resulting from the merger of activities by Grupo Ferrovial, has taken a step forward in the process of integration by implementing a new logotype.

The approach to the new corporate identity is based on joining the two parent brands, Ferrovial and Agromán, and maintaining their specific characteristics and corporate colours: yellow and blue. The logo joins the strength and identity of the elements of both companies - the Ferrovial yellow line and the Agromán trowel - and represents the total know-how and working experience of both building firms that, from now on, shall be joined by a construction symbol: the trowel.

Grupo Ferrovial - the holding company that groups together the fields of construction, infrastructure concessions, real estate, services and telecommunications - shall maintain the traditional logotype formed by the word Ferrovial within a yellow "tablet".

Ferrovial Agromán, the leader of the Spanish construction sector

The new company Ferrovial Agromán has become, since its incorporation, - ratified, a few days ago, by the General Shareholders Meeting of Agromán and, previously, by Ferrovial - the leading Spanish construction company, with an aggregate turnover of 358,000 million pesetas in 1998, and a portfolio of works exceeding 630,000 million pesetas.

The process of integration of the construction activities of the Ferrovial Group under the Ferrovial Agromán brand name will foreseeably be completed at the end of July. By then, the partial split and integration of Agromán in the construction activity by Ferrovial will have been performed.

The incorporation of Ferrovial Agromán allows the future to be faced with the confidence and optimism provided by joining the Grupo Ferrovial corporate project, an ambitious process that features management excellence based on three essential objectives: leadership, profitability and growth in the sectors with the greatest potential in the coming century.
